The line doesn’t wait
for the truck.

An assembly plant is a clock. Just-in-time (JIT) sequencing means the part has to arrive at the line in the exact window it’s needed — not earlier (no buffer space), not later (line stops). We plan automotive lanes around scheduled inbound windows with named trailers, named drivers, and live tracking handed over to the plant logistics team.

For OEMs and tier-one suppliers we move completely-knocked-down (CKD) kits, sub-assemblies, body panels, powertrain components, electronics, and trim. For the aftermarket we move spare parts from regional warehouses to dealer networks, mechanics, and direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels.

Loads are tracked, sealed, and signed at every leg — automotive parts are high-value, and our chain-of-custody documentation protects both sides of the transaction.
