Wyvern runs both ends: just-in-time inbound to the line at Willowvale Motor Industries and Quest Motor, and protected outbound to dealers across the region. JIT discipline

  • Time-windowed delivery — components delivered to the line in defined slots synchronised with the production schedule, minimising line-side inventory
  • Border-time management — Beitbridge dwell is the biggest JIT risk; we pre-clear documentation and manage customs to protect the delivery window
  • Sequenced & sub-assembly loads — parts delivered in build sequence so the line consumes them in order, no sorting required
  • Buffer & contingency planning — held capacity and contingency routing so a single delay doesn’t stop the line

Handling & compliance

  • Damage protection — panels, glass and trim in racks and stillages secured against transit damage; finished vehicles lashed to protect paintwork
  • Reverse logistics — empty stillages, racks and returnable containers collected on the backhaul, protecting the packaging pool
  • High-value security — engines, electronics and finished vehicles moved with GPS tracking and tamper seals
  • Containerised flow — overseas components and built-up export units moved factory-to-port with ECTS sealing on transit legs
