Protecting the people who move freight, respecting their rights and caring for the places we pass through.
Long distances, physical work and changing road conditions put real demands on drivers, handlers and depot teams. Protecting them comes before any deadline, and their rights matter as much as their safety.

Our SHEQ standard sets out how drivers and depot teams are protected before, during and after a movement.
Journey planning that allows for fatigue and adequate rest, and fitness for duty before safety-critical work.
Protective equipment, safe loading and offloading procedures and safe manual handling.
Hydration and heat-stress awareness, workplace hygiene and first-aid preparedness.
When illness, fatigue or an uncontrolled risk makes work unsafe, the work should pause. Hazards and near misses are reported early.
Every person should be treated with dignity and respect. We hold our own operations to that standard and expect the vendors, carriers and subcontractors in our supply chain to do the same. Our Modern Slavery Statement sets out how we expect suppliers to respect it.
Road freight carries the harvests, inputs, equipment and stock that farms, mines and businesses in Zimbabwe and across SADC rely on. Our responsibility to communities starts with how we operate on the corridors we use and at the sites we serve.
