Refrigerated trailers for chilled, frozen and temperature-controlled loads within Zimbabwe and to South Africa through Beitbridge.
A transport refrigeration unit is built to keep a load at its carrying temperature, not to bring warm product down to it. Cargo should be loaded already at the temperature it needs to travel at, into a trailer that has been cooled first.
We plan each refrigerated load around the product's carrying temperature, the trailer set point, the loading pattern and the receiving point at the other end.

Most temperature problems on the road start at the loading bay, not on the highway.
The set point is the temperature the shipper or buyer specifies for the product, confirmed before the trailer is dispatched.
The trailer is brought to its set point before the doors open, so product does not warm up against a warm body.
Pallets are placed so cold air can circulate around the load, without blocking the airflow from the refrigeration unit.
Doors stay closed in transit and open only for loading, inspection and delivery.

At the carrying temperature you or your buyer specify for the product. It is confirmed before dispatch and set on the refrigeration unit before loading.
Not reliably. Transport refrigeration is designed to hold a load at temperature. Product should be cooled to its carrying temperature before loading.
Only where the equipment can hold each at its own temperature. A single compartment runs at one set point, so chilled and frozen loads are normally moved separately.
